Pretty kool app.. this is the first time I have seen a book with Aus sign language added ... very kool... I only wish that the lite version was longer so I could see more of the story.. :-) Keep up the great work..
This is a great app. It work for both my 8 yr old and my 5 year old. It is great for my older child to listen to himself reading to practice rhythm and inflection. My younger daughter is just beginning to read. This book allows her to learn all the words and be independent.
Great to hear the time put into this book was well worth it. Not only can you hear each word individually, as well as spelled out with a double click, but you wan hear the whole page if you highlight all of the words with a simple finger stroke. Well done. And David Tennant as the narrator is brilliant.
This is a fun teaser for a book with built in literacy reading enhancements and the added benefit of Aus Sign Language option. 5 pages is rarely enough to convince me to fork out $5 for the full version, but this might be an exception. I am not a fan of IAP; would rather link to external purchase. I may wait for a sale, but it is awfully appealing!
My daughter loves dogs, so we will probably end up getting the full version eventually. I like the narrators voice, and the graphics are nice!
